The Jasmine Condominium is a spacious four-room condominium including three bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, two with a double-size bed), and two full bathrooms. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa and a dining table. A glass door to the private balcony provides a view of the town. M302 pictures below.
Monarch condominium policies
Smoking
- No smoking in condos, lobbies, stairwells, pools, balconies, courtyard/BBQ, fitness room. Under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, any person found smoking will be subject to a minimum fine of $250.00.
- Guests who wish to smoke must do so along Buttercup and Morning Glory Avenues.
Security deposit & check-in
Upon check-in, a $750 security hold will be put on all condominium reservations. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Monarch condominium rentals follow the same policies as our BeachCrest condominiums, including the Monarch Facility Use Pass policy, deposits, cancellations, age requirements, parking, pets and pool rules.
